SAMMY'S #1 SALMON PATTIESSanurai doubled the recipe. and fried a lil bit past golden. they are the best darn salmon patties i ever tasted. my grand had a blast helping crush the cracker. i put em in a plastic zip lock bag and let her stomp the crap outta them then she used rolling pin to get the rest crunched up. you may have a different method of doing this step but it was fun for her.
