errr Bill gates ... warren buffet ? i have posted several times on these guys .. and looking at warren buffet holding a fundraiser for obamma you think he is a republican? ,,what they have said is they owe their wealth to the fact that our countries laws and tax policies have never been as tilted to the wealthy as they have today ..and when they came up we had actual policies that supported a middle class I know seems kind of counterproductive to you post toasty how could they hold the country above their personal finacial welfare .. cause they know they have so much its like what the fuck they are blessed ..unlike the waltons(walmart) etc .. for whom all of it would never be enough ....by the way the article you cited(congrats for actually posting something that factually supports a position ) says Mr edwards was divesting his position in the companies you mention ... not to also say it doesnt say whether its a blind trust .. or how much of the hedge company position was in mortgage etc... have never claimed its immoral or irresponsible to be wealthy they just support policies that allow all of us the opportun5ty ...including good health .. equal education , fair tax strategies , a level playing field ( ie :one not dominated by how much your great great great great grandfather made)or when you talk about education opportunities talk shit about making sure minorities (whether its racial or financial, or gender can attend an institute of higher learning) and have it be a lock cause your Dad went there(legacy programs ) ..republicans seem to buy into the fact that we are all equal..but some are more equal than others .... based on criteria other than ability ... ..
