WARNING!!!! This was submitted by a very pi$$ed person who used alot of foul language. don't read this unless you can take it.

I am absolutely furious!!!!!!!! As most of you know, my Dad died just over 11 months ago. In the time since he passed, my youngest brother has stolen thousands of dollars worth of items from my mother and either sold them, some items many times over; or, in the case of her van, let someone else drive it who then wrecked and totaled the vehicle.

About a week ago, the police finally caught up with the no good b*$t*rd. He's been in the local jail and went to court yesterday. According to information my mother received, the stupid F*CKING court in it's infinite wisdom (ppfftt) has seen fit to drop the Grand Theft, and Burglary charges against him and are now just holding him on a Failure To Appear warrant from an incident almost 2 years ago.

I'm hoping the information I have on this is incorrect but, I have a very uneasy feeling that it is, in fact, accurate information. I have sources at my disposal that I can contact to verify this info but, I can't do that until Monday.

Now, the problem with the justice system is this: When a person is a first time offender, judges want to just slap them on the wrist and send them on their way. That is so~~~~~ the wrong tack to take with these little brats.

Throw the book at the f*ckers!! That way they know what the hell a life of crime is gonna get you and maybe the next time the opportunity to steal, rape, murder, or whatever comes along, they'll remember the time they spent in prison and decide not to do whatever it is.

The way the system works now, they go to court, get their little slap on the wrist, figure that it doesn't matter what they do or to who so they feel free to go out and do whatever the hell they want from then on. And the court system, or the cops, or the prosecutors just keep dropping or reducing the charges against them. Their crimes keep escalating and the courts just keep letting them get by with reduced sentences or just dropping charges and they don't learn a G*D D*AMN thng.
