Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh beans
  • 3 TBS Olive Oil
  • 2 TBS Balsamic Vinigar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Medium Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 2 TBS Minced Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Hard Boiled Egg Chopped
Cooking Instructions
Mix all (except the egg) refrig for 2 hours or more, sprinkle with egg before serving
