Fried PorkTenderloins

Cut pork tenderloin in 1/4 in slices.Or thicker if you desire. Put piece in platic freezer bag and pound with meat tenderizer til thin. (I use rubber mallet for this.) Dip each slice of meat in chicken broth then cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden. Serve on hamburger buns with condiments(ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, pickles, tomato lettuce)

You can use saltines or ritz. I always serve mine with home fries or home made onion rings. You can toast the buns if ya want.
