Brown beef and onions. Drain fat. Mix beef and cole slaw in large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper. Put three tablespoons of beef and cole slaw mixture on eggroll wrapper. Roll according to directions on package. Deep fry three or four at a time til golden brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce. CAN ALSO BE DONE WITH DIFFERENT MEAT

I usaually make a double batch. (roll em about the size of a good cuban cigar)( didnt know of a better way to describe the size.) do enjoy!!
