Now think about the English language.... We started out speaking English primarily and now there are so many languages out there that people are speaking in America. Does that mean we have to stop speaking English because we are offending people that speak another language? And todays melting pot society with their various Higher Power beliefs, should just ignore the fact that they and their beliefs are all a very important part of what the USA is all about?

what do you mean .. i post all the time here. on the whole topic of what is appropriate in my opinion .. individual expressions of faith are fine and just that ..personal .. government specific endorsements of faith violate the line in my opinion ..and on that same topic if churches are going to engage in politics ie:endorsing specific parties and take government money for engaging in what used to be called charity rather than a way to divert my taxes into their pocket then at the least i expect a whole lot more transparency and oversight at a minimum and revocation of tax free status as an option.
